ARROGANT PERSONAL-NEVER EVER GO THERE.long time waiting to even make a reservation, arrogant woman (short blond hair) ignored me for a long time, and waiter (young guy) told me to "go away". They dont deserve to make money, they dont appreciate the guests, that come there hungry, they dont care and even the arrogant and rude way of communication is suprising in these economic situation for Croatian restaurants. I never experienced such rude personnel ever.

Nice, quiet, family restaurant with a large selection of top quality dishes. The prices are very affordable, the restaurant has a beautiful sea view, and the staff is very pleasant, friendly and organized, each guest will be pleased to the maximum. The pizza is top notch, definitely among the top 5 I’ve ever eaten. My warmest recommendations!

Excellent food, had the mixed grill platter for 2 and struggled to eat it all. Waitress was very friendly and accommodating

Awesome pizza but service can sometimes be bad

Friendly service, fast service. Good taste, but was rather prepared food. Grilled squid tastes good. Grilled vegetables could have used more seasoning. Pasta with salmon good. Fish soup okay. Price performance for 4 people in order. Pizza very tasty 👍

Great place for a family dinner, friendly staff, good meals. Food only after 17 pm, the cook can be sometimes real busy, for pizzas you need to wait at least half an hour.

The food is average in taste, and therefore lower prices. Nice outside, and inside like a typical old bar. Big pizzas, baked in the oven and this is the showcase of this place.

THE RUDEST AND MOST ARROGANT SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! I called the restaurant, trying to reserve the table, and firstly the woman said to me she doesn’t have time to talk to me, because she is working. Later on, when we came, I asked them politely, if we can join the tables and as an answer, I received a verbal attack from two employees. We then waited for the table and when we came to the table, the woman out of nothing started to yell at me, like I am not a customer, she does not know and will pay for the service. I asked her is she can leave me alone, but she refused, so I left the table and the restaurant, with the most bitter feeling. So please don’t go there, better go somewhere where they know you do not need much to be friendly and polite. They don’t deserve your money and your time.

Best place in town. Everything was fresh and very tasty. My only remark is that table oil should be cold pressed and tasty, and I would improve the mixed salads. Service is great.

The Stari Ribar is about 50 meter from our vacation apartment and became our favourite restaurant for dinner. The pizzas and the greek salads are to die for and pretty much everything else we tried. They also serve really good coffee! It gets pretty busy for dinner pizzas towards the evenings. Heads up! As I remember, they don't turn on the pizza oven until 4pm. Look out for the little tortoise that lives in the middle garden-strip. For people who are allergic to bee/wasp stings: part of the restaurant is covered with grape vines and is attracting bees and wasps.

Rude to the extreme !!! Something like this has never happened to me in my life. Called beforehand, arrived and waited at the entrance, not seeing any of the waiters, seated at one of the 7 free tables, the waiter came and asked if we could just sit down at a pizzeria in our country without asking. So we went with the hungry children. Very rude in conversation and was hard to expect just not to be served. Never again. Not recommendable.

Good place, very good service, efficient and friendly waiter and waitress. Value for money is ok, however i had better in the vicinity.The house red wine was good, but not my taste. The main courses came plain, we had to order side dishes in addition.They show champions and premier league football in a pretty well accomplished mixed dining and sports bar ambience
